Digital marketing group Happy Horizon takes another big step in expanding their agency group. The Tilburg agencies PauwR (digital marketing) and e-commerce web development (Magento) agency Flashpoint, will join the Happy Horizon group from this month. Happy Horizon thus adds two new agencies to its group in a short period of time.
Expansion to Tilburg
At the end of last year, the Amsterdam online marketing agency Nochii Online Marketing was taken over and at the beginning of this year the group also announced that non-profit agency WWAV, also from Amsterdam, has also become part of the group.

Now PauwR and Flashpoint are added. Both offices are located in Tilburg and fall under the same owners. Together they form the ‘hub Tilburg’ from their own, nationally listed office in the heart of the city center. Dave Pollaert (Flashpoint) and Pieter Voogt (PauwR) are enthusiastic. “We were looking for a strategic party with broad specialist knowledge to facilitate our growth. We fell in love with the result-oriented, no-nonsense approach and the friendly atmosphere within Happy Horizon.”

“We can serve our customers in an even broader area with this,” continues Voogt. “Because we are often a strategic partner for our customers, we increasingly advise on the concept of a campaign or the technology behind a website. We can do that even better now that we can also engage specialists within the group.”

Dave Pollaert, Managing Director of Flashpoint, is proud of this major step forward for the agency that he founded in 2000 with his partner Coen Swaans. “Our customers have grown rapidly in recent years. The web shops of Expert, Xenos, Trendhopper and Sportshop are now turning very strong. By joining Happy Horizon, our knowledge and capacity will receive such an impulse that we can continue to serve them at a top level in the coming years.”

Top 5 of the Netherlands
The Happy Horizon group has the goal of becoming one of the top 5 digital marketing groups in the Netherlands. For Walter van de Wege, CEO of Happy Horizon, the joining of the two agencies fits in with the strategy that has been mapped out. “It’s going fast, but that’s what we want. We believe good geographical coverage in the Netherlands is important for our local approach. This local approach guarantees accessibility for our customers and the team spirit among our talents. The expansion to Tilburg is a logical step in this regard.”
